Kolby Homes Custom Home Builder College Station, Bryan, Anderson, Brenham and surrounding counties.
Clay and Amberly Kolby have been building custom homes since 2003 in Brazos, Grimes, Washington, Montgomery, and Walker counties and are focusing on designing homesteads in these rural areas. They are both graduates of Texas A&M class of 2001. Clay has his degree in Construction Science, and Amberly has her degree in Business Finance and Marketing. They have two children, Mason and Camden, and reside in Anderson, TX.
Kolby Homes has a passion for unique and custom designs with a focus on Vernacular architecture and a current aesthetic for today's modern day living. A Kolby Home's client will receive expert guidance throughout the entire design process, from the initial meeting to the finishing touches.
